On-board meal

On-board meals for SmartLynx Airlines from and to Latvia are provided by Airo Catering Services Latvia LLC
and for flights from and to Estonia by Airo Catering Services Eesti LLC.

 

Meals can be ordered only on flights carried out by SmartLynx Airlines.

 

Airo Catering Services Latvia, Airo Catering Services Eesti LLC and SmartLynx have the right not to fulfil or to change a meal pre-order due to force majeure, as well as due to any other unforeseeable circumstances such as: flight cancelation, weather conditions, government restrictions, wars, revolutions, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, riots, civil disorders, hardware failure, fire or any other reason understood within the term „force majeure”.

 

In case of flight equipment change, technical reasons, depending on a flight equipment type hot meal can be changed to equivalent cold meal.

 

In order to change or cancel the order it is required to contact the support of Flydinner no less than 48 hours before departure. Order cancelation, change or refund is not possible if the contact was made less than 48 hours before departure. 

 

Payment and conditions of payment

Payment for goods through BankLink Swedbank is only available to account holders in Swedbank AS Latvia and Swedbank AS Estonia.

 

Payment by VISA, MasterCard is processed on First Data Latvia (FDL) payment processing page. This page requires entering credit card data, such as credit card number, expiration date, security code (CVV2/CVC2), as well as credit card holder’s name and last name.

 

All data exchange between customer’s computer and FDL server is protected by SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer). This protocol ensures 128 bit key coding, as is acknowledged worldwide as a secure data processing tool. All credit card data information is sent to FDL and is unavailable to Airo Catering Services Latvia and Airo Catering Services Eesti personnel or any other third parties.

 

Order confirmation

When the order is placed and payment is completed on your display will appear a page with your order confirmation and your order number.

 

Confirmation contains order number. You have to provide this number while communication with customer service. Please remember to take a printer order confirmation with you on board in order to receive your meal!
 

 

Service conditions 

In case if flight date/time changes more than 24 hours before schedule or desired departure date, you will be provided with a hot meal, but it may be different from the one you ordered.

 

In case if flight date/time changes less than 24 hours before scheduled or desired departure date, you will not be provided with a hot meal, and you will not get a refund if flight date/time change was not made by SmartLynx initiative.

 

In case if the change in flight date/time was due to SmartLynx airline’s fault, your order will be delivered on a changed flight.

 

In case your flight is cancelled, the payment for the order will be refunded. We regret that we cannot guarantee passengers with food allergies exclusion of such allergens as peanuts or products containing it from our meals.

 

Existing rates and information cancel the information published earlier and can be changed or cancelled by Airo Catering Services Latvia and Airo Catering Services Eesti in one sided order.

 

Bank can use it own currency exchange rate and commission, therefore final sum may be different from the one you see on the website.

 

Airo Catering Services Latvia, Airo Catering Services Eesti allow a possibility of typos, price errors, VAT changes, fees and a probability that all ordered products are sold or no longer produced, as well as a probability that our suppliers will not supply us on time.

Coupons

Discount are not cumulative. The money value of e-coupon cannot be refunded. Each coupon is unique and can be used only once. Coupon has to be used prior to its expiration data, which is shown there.
Coupon’s expiration date cannot be prolonged.

 

Applicable legal basis and place of contact implementation

This contract is subject to the Latvian law, with the exception of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of performance of bilateral trade deals is the city of Riga.
